Origin

WHY our agency exists.

Most brands talk at communities of color. The ones that grow learn to talk with them, and that second skill is rarer than it should be, because the perspective behind it is rare in the rooms where decisions get made. Black-owned firms are roughly 3% of U.S. businesses, and Black women own under 1% of all U.S. businesses. The Sax Agency was built from that missing point of view, and we put it to work for organizations that believe business should improve lives, not just bottom lines. If impact isn’t part of your mandate, we’re honest enough to say we’re probably not your agency.
